Incarcerated Dinner: A 5-Course Dinner Behind Bars Menu
🥚 First Course – “Deviled in Detention”
Pickled deviled eggs topped with crispy turkey bacon and crushed Flamin’ Hot Cheetos.

🍜 Second Course – “Hibachi Ramen Stir-Fry”
Ramen noodles sautéed with hibachi-style vegetables (carrots, broccoli, peas, and corn), finished with Sriracha aioli and a poached egg.

Seared shrimp over creamy pimento grits, topped with Wagyu beef sausage crumble and salsa verde.
Finished with a crispy tortilla shard.

Smoked prime rib brushed with pineapple soy glaze (made with Push soda).
Served with mashed sweet potatoes, sorghum-glazed carrots, and rosemary peppercorn steak sauce.

Housemade “State Cake” with honeybun layers, Tang citrus cream, and Snickers crumble.
