Chef Erick Crawford, the culinary mastermind behind Marlee Jean’s Raw Bar, and the 2024 Uppy Charlotte Uppy Award Winning Chop Chop Red Pot food truck. Chef Anthony Denning, who operates Another Food Truck and is a Champion of the Food Network TV show "Chopped" .

What is the dress code for the pop-up dinner?
All guests are required to wear the official event t-shirt, which will be provided when you arrive at the detention center. This is a security requirement and part of the experience. Casual bottoms and closed-toe shoes are recommended.
